Convenient location and comfortable stay

The hotel’s proximity to the U-Bahn station made it super easy to reach the city center in just 10 minutes. Our room was pleasantly warm and comfortably furnished, which made relaxation after a day of exploring delightful. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, I felt the room cleaning could be improved to elevate the overall experience.

The room size is unbelievably small, like cramped quarters on the Falcon—smaller than the photos suggest. There's only one luggage rack, so if you've got more than one suitcase, good luck finding floor space. The bathroom layout is odd. the toilet is separated from the sink, with no water source in the latter area, making basic hygiene a bit of a hassle. A missing telephone means you have to hike to the reception for any enquiries. The air conditioning is ineffective during warmer months, swapping comfort for discomfort. Daily cleaning inconsistencies were a problem, too. had to chase after room service for the essential tidies. Breakfast became monotonous, same stuff every day—like the same old song on repeat.
